About the event
Please contact Dawn on dawn@whatmovesyou.co.uk if there's anything you want to know in advance. Seated and other options will be available for moves.
Wear clothes you can move easily in - a layer you can take off once you've warmed up is useful.
Soft shoes, socks or bare feet all welcome.
Bring water to drink though we'll be taking it easy.
All Making Moves taster sessions are free and ages 10 to 70+ are welcome - ages are a guideline.
If your 9 year old wants to come with you, bring them along to try!
